FULFILLMENT

Please allow up to 3-business days for our vendors to process your orders upon confirmation of payment. During sale time frames and peak volumes during the holiday season, please allow up to 5-business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping. 
Some orders could require additional information to be relayed to our shipping team in regards to shipping or billing addresses and/or payment confirmation. Check your inbox for any emails after placing your order to ensure your request has been processed. 

SHIPPING

Currently, we offer shipping within the United States (US) for orders placed. We are working on shipping to those outside of the US. Please be patient as we work on this process. United States (US) shipping time averages from 3-5 business days via United States Postal Service (USPS), excluding weekends or holidays.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Our shipping carriers can receive a high volume of orders during the holiday season. Some orders can be expected to be experiencing delayed deliveries. If your order has not arrived after 5-business days of the expected delivery date, please email us at XVITALDESIGNS@GMAIL.COM. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

TRACKING

Tracking for your order will be provided after checkout via email. If your order confirmation email has not arrived within 3 business days of placing your initial order, please email us at XVITALDESIGNS@GMAIL.COM. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

DELAYED PACKAGE:

We are in communication with our vendors and carriers, to ensure that your order is delivered within the appropriate time frame or order and shipping. We are not held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues that are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve issues our customers experience in regards to reshipments, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability. 
In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking, please email us at XVITALDESIGNS@GMAIL.COM in order for us to further investigate your order process. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from carriers will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at XVITALDESIGNS@GMAIL.COM with your order number.  

 

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES:

Customs taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility of our customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your shipping location. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable. 

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for any order purchases placed on XVITALDESIGNS.COM. However, XVITALDESIGNS aims to work in communication with our vendors if there are any damages or quality control issues with the products of your order. In this case, in order to be eligible, please submit your issue to XVITALDESIGNS@GMAIL.COM with a detailed message and photos. Please understand that it may take up to a minimum of 3-days from your initial return or exchange request to be processed.

If there is a request to process a return or refund, XVITALDESIGNS will investigate your order. We will require you to send a photo of your receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. More information will be relayed via email.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products and health and personal care items.
